COLUMBUS — Five quick thoughts on Ohio State’s 70-0 win against an overmatched Grambling State on Saturday in Ohio Stadium.
1. Ohio State was lined up to punch in another touchdown late in Saturday’s game when the Buckeyes were flagged for having too many players in the backfield. They only had six men on the line of scrimmage, and one of the young receivers on the field was misaligned.
Head coach Ryan Day was caught on the sideline having a brief exchange with assistant receivers coach Devin Jordan. Day looked like he was giving Jordan some grief for the mistake. Again, the Buckeyes were up by 63.
