COLUMBUS — Two ideas about Ohio State quarterback Julian Sayin drive this episode of The Bill and Doug Show, which wraps up with Whatcha Watching, Eating and Thinking.
The first is about the need for any quarterback on a national championship team to scramble a least a little bit. Sayin was the only quarterback in the playoff with no scramble yards in the postseason. Is it possible to win that way?
That idea came from questions from Justin G. and Danny O.
And then we’ve often used C.J. Stroud as a comparison for Sayin, so Cassie R. asked this: Can you do a growth comparison from Year 1 vs. Year 2 of C.J. Stroud at Ohio State and talk about what you expect to see out of Julian in that way?
So we did that.
