Sayin, receivers come out throwing
Amid growing questions about the Ohio State rushing attack, head coach Ryan Day and offensive coordinator Brian Hartline decided to come out throwing against the Badgers.
The Buckeyes threw it on their first six plays for 57 yards. Some of them were run-pass options on which quarterback Julian Sayin had to make a decision to hand the ball off or throw it, depending on the defensive look. Those led to easy completions to Jeremiah Smith and Carnell Tate.
