Ohio State may have discovered its new best linebacker pairing

A duo that didn’t play together at all the first two games showed what it could do last week, and they should stick together in the future.

COLUMBUS — Ohio State’s best linebacker pairing didn’t play a single snap as a duo in the first two games of the season. If the Buckeyes had figured out how those two worked as a package during the Texas game, that outcome … well, that’s in the past.

Let’s be glad they got to it now.

Because after playing 12 snaps together against Kent State last week, it seems pretty clear this should be the go-to duo in go-to moments for the Buckeyes.
