As Doug suggested before the game, the better coach won.

Ohio state needs to move on from Diebler. He is clearly in over his head but my guess is that they will instead extend him two more years. Gene Smith absolutely destroyed OSU men’s basketball when he fired Matta and then hired the last two coaches.

They're not going to extend a coach who's in the second year of a five-year contract, but he will be back next year.

You and Doug should do a bracket on the worst OSU men’s basketball coaches. I could see a final between Diebler and Eldon Miller.

You’re right, but it’s a shame. Diebler is learning on the job. That should NEVER be the case at OSU.

Nothing against Diebler, but we needed an experienced, successful veteran coach or they should have just kept Holtmann. Why fire him, if you don’t intend to upgrade?

Now we’re stuck with Diebler for another year.

Jamie Dixon reminding us Diebler is a video coordinator not a big time head coach. TCU played exactly how they've played all year and Diebler didn't have them prepared in the first half at all

I’m not really an Ohio State basketball fan, but having some coverage from you guys leading up to March Madness has been nice.
