Ohio State QB commit Brady Edmunds could use recruiting's good old days: "It's hard, because there is an emotional piece"
The Class of 2027 commit is on his official visit with the Buckeyes this weekend.

COLUMBUS — Brady Edmunds the student, Brady Edmunds the kid, Brady Edmunds the fan — he just wants to go to Ohio State.
If only it was that easy.
If Edmunds was eight inches shorter, or if he poured himself into pickleball instead of football, he might be preparing to apply to Ohio State as a senior in high school, maybe thinking about playing some club football or intramurals in Columbus if he got accepted.
“This is a place I’ve always kind of wanted to be at throughout my whole entire life, whether it was football or not,” Edmunds said Thursday after a recruiting camp at Ohio State. “Before I even started taking football seriously, I wanted to just be a student here, when I was like in fourth grade or whatever.
“There’s definitely an emotional aspect there.”
