COLUMBUS — Additional thoughts on Ohio State’s 37-9 win against Ohio after rewatching the game.
Plenty to like with the offense
The math didn’t exactly math. Ohio State had 572 yards of offense, averaged 9.1 yards per play and didn’t punt on any of its 11 possessions. Given all of that, 37 points isn’t enough. We know what happened. The Buckeyes stalled out in the red zone too many times. I’ll get to that in a second.
First, I’d like to discuss some of the aspects of Ohio State’s offense that I wanted in this game. There were a few.
