Shifted this to Saturday morning this week since Ohio State doesn’t play at noon. I’ll plan to share 10 thoughts about the Buckeyes and college football every week, either Friday or Saturday.

  1. Bad news, Big Noon haters. Putting Ohio State at noon works. Texas at Ohio State drew in 16.6 million TV viewers last Saturday, easily winning the week. The next biggest Week 1 audiences were Miami-Notre Dame (10.8 million alone on Sunday night), Alabama-Florida State (10.7 million Saturday at 3:30) and LSU-Clemson (10.4 million in primetime Saturday).
