We need your help with some Whatcha discussions.

COLUMBUS — We have two Whatcha discussions coming up where we need your help. It’s fast food and it’s movies.

First, Bill and I are going to have a fast food discussion based on the 2026 American Customer Satisfaction Index. It rated the most popular chains in fast food and sit-down restaurants.

We have two things to ask along those lines.

First, what chain restaurant is your ride or die? Which place do you really love? In the comments, give us your one chain restaurant and why you love it — fast food, fast casual or sit-down.

Second, here are a few survey questions based on the ACSI chain rankings.
