Tracking Ohio State's 2026 recruiting class

The Buckeyes finished with 27 commitments after Chris Henry Jr. announced Friday he'd sign with the Buckeyes.

COLUMBUS — Wednesday was National Signing Day, and we tracked Ohio State’s 2026 recruiting class throughout the day. This post was updated as players officially signed with the Buckeyes, and/or Ohio State adds or loses recruiting flips throughout the day. But things continued through Wednesday.

Receiver Kaden Dixon-Wyatt flipped to USC on Wednesday, as the news broke that OSU receivers coach Brian Hartline was taking the head coaching job at South Florida.

Then running back/receiver Legend Bey flipped back to Tennessee and signed with the Vols. He was originally committed to Tennessee before flipping to Ohio State.

Ohio State also flipped in-state safety Kaden Gebhardt away from Clemson.

The Buckeyes finished Wednesday with 25 players signed and waiting on two more — receivers Chris Henry Jr. and Jerquaden Guilford.

Guilford officially signed with Ohio State on Thursday to get the class to 26.

Henry announced on Friday that he would sign with Ohio State and the class finished at 27.

Seniors and players almost certainly heading to the NFL are not listed. No transfers were assumed, so some players who could leave are listed.

Going into Wednesday, there were two changes to the class from that show. The Buckeyes lost defensive lineman Cameron Brickle and added defensive lineman Darryus McKinley.
