WHATCHA question of the week: Do you like April Fools' Day?
We're doing a show on April 1 -- will you be celebrating the day with a prank?
COLUMBUS — Wednesday is April 1. Will you be pranking?
Our Whatcha question of the week is about your feelings around April Fools’ Day. Do you like it? Hate it? Have a memorable story of being pranked or pranking someone else?
I always think of the Sidd Finch story from Sports Illustrated that came out on April 1, 1985, when I was 11. We argued in school about whether it was real or not. If you’ve never heard of it or read it, I’d recommend at least skimming it, and imagining Little Dougie in deep debate at the sixth grade lunch table.
If you have any memorable personal stories, or strong feelings, about April Fools’ Day, feel free to share them at the bottom of the post.

I wasn’t “on alert” for April Fools day until I read that question. Thanks for the reminder, probably why I hate April Fools Day.
My wife’s birthday is April 1 and she HATES Aprils Fools Day. Needless to say, no pranks or tomfoolery has been had on this date since we got together a decade ago
